Making CrockPot More Than Just A Product
Everyone’s favorite slow-cooker product CrockPot was looking to strengthen the relationship with their existing CrockPot owners. Over the years they noticed customers would make a purchase but never come back to re-engage with the brand. With emails with recipes not working and feeling unauthentic, CrockPot was seeking to build an experience that could connect with their users and possibly lead to future upsell opportunities and/or higher retention rates to the different brand channels.
Instead of creating another email campaign, we created a CrockPot content platform that changed the way people searched and interacted with recipes, transforming the chore of making dinner into a creative challenge.
Through three months, online sales were lifted, email subscriptions went up 50%, and visits to site consistently grew over six months.
